    Ilocános and eastern Indonesians eat much kadyós/pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan), too.

    The dark purple variety of kadyós seed is popular in the Western Visayas Region, Hiligáynon-speaking areas of Mindanao, and eastern Indonesia.

    The green variety of kadyós seed is popular in Luzon.
